Our client is a leading player in Kitchen Appliance Industry. They are looking for a Admin Executive to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area - easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and promptly process sales orders in the system.
- Verify customer information, product details, and pricing before order confirmation.
- Generate invoices, delivery orders, and other necessary documentation
- Track pending orders and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Plan and coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse, dealers, contractors, and customers.
- Ensure goods are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
- Monitor delivery progress and address any issues that arise.
- Track inventory levels and maintain weekly updates.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
