- Provide administrative support for daily condominium operations
- Handle residents enquiries, emails, and basic customer service
- Support move-in / move-out administration.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for follow-ups
- Manage incoming calls, emails and visitors enquiries professionally
Requirements
- 1 year of admin experience (preferably in property / condo)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented and willing to learn
Working Hours
- 5656 work- week
- 12 hours shift work.
- Need to work on weekend and public holidays.
