Responsibilities
Purpose of the role
The role will include supporting both administration and management of the Legal department as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Central Repository.
Scope of the role
Administration matters - Duties include supporting the Legal Counsels with general filings, managing meeting schedules, assisting in meeting set up, preparing budgets, and general administrative matters for the Legal and Risk & Compliance office. See further description below.
Central Repository matters - Reporting to VP, Legal. To perform day-to-day duties for the operations of the Central Repository. See further description below.
Key Responsibilities
- Departmental and Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Legal and Risk teams.
- Document Management and Support: Organize, file and retrieve both physical and digital documents and records.
- Administrative support: Handle general administrative duties, including expense claims, invoice processing and expense reports. Cover duties for team members during absence.
- Other duties: Other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in Admin / Admin Support / Secretarial / Legal Services. Training on the job will be provided.
- Secretarial experience in a law firm and/or experience in library and archival work such as in document management is a plus.
Qualifications
O levels, A levels, other diploma will be considered
