We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support daily operations in an employment agency. The role involves managing customer enquiries, coordinating placement processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle customer enquiries and manage the end-to-end placement process
Assess employers requirements and recommend suitable candidates
Conduct interviews and prepare candidate profiles and documentation
Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and candidates
Process Work Permit applications, issuance, renewal, and cancellation using MOM WP Online
Coordinate required appointments such as medical check-ups and biometric registration
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
Provide after-sales support and handle feedback or disputes professionally
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and licensing requirements
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Diploma or equivalent qualification and CEI certified
Relevant experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
Familiarity with Work Permit processes and related systems is an advantage
Ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple cases
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
