Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Business Development team
• Liaise with dealers and hirers on all auto financing-related matters
• Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to approval
• Coordinate loan disbursement and ensure all approval conditions are fulfilled
• Handle customer and dealer enquiries on loan status, financing options, and post-approval matters
• Support credit management activities related to financing portfolios
• Assist with COE renewal, insurance enquiries, and related operational matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in auto financing, loan processing, or credit evaluation
