Job Description

Reporting Structure: This incumbent reports to the Learning & Programme Manager (Certification Programmes), Learning & Professional Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for training programmes, events and other learning and professional development programmes.
  • Coordinate programme logistics with operations team, such as participant registrations, venue arrangements, course materials, course fee payments etc.
  • Liaise with programme participants, trainers, vendors and internal stakeholders on administrative and operational matters.
  • Assist in managing course funding applications, subsidies and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate programme records, databases and internal systems.
  • Prepare simple reports and statistics on programme participation, attendance and feedback.
  • Update programme information on internal systems and websites.
  • Support general office administration, which may include scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, inventory keeping, etc.
  • Provide administrative support for departmental projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1-2 years of administrative or programme coordination experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
  • Experience in supporting training programmes or SSG-funded courses is an advantage but not required.
