As our HR & Admin Associate, you are the vital connection between the employer and the employee. Your goal is to maintain a professional, fair, and balanced environment where everyone feels heard, but the rules are respected.
The Human Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact between management and staff to ensure clear communication.
SOP Development: Learn to create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep the company running smoothly.
Disciplinary Management: Fairly manage disciplinary processes, ensuring company policies are followed with a firm but just hand.
Operations & Payroll: Manage worker job assignments and track overtime accurately.
Data Protection: Safeguard all sensitive employee and employer information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Admin Support: Handle day-to-day office tasks to keep our operations organized.
