Operations Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the team, and client operations teams.
Calendar & Gatekeeping: Managing time to ensure focus work is protected, especially during high-stakes periods like audit season or when working on book project.
Client Management: Professional communication with high-net-worth prospects and coordinating secretarial, legal or advisory consults (e.g., following up on meetings).
Personal Leverage: Handling directors personal appointments, travel logistics (e.g.,flight, trips accommodation), and property management coordination.
