Responsibilities
. Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems
. Support document management, including sorting, filing, and archiving
. Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, scanning, and printing
. Maintain proper record-keeping and document control
. Assist in tracking and updating records/logs as required
. Support the team on ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
. At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
. Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
. Well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
. Strong team player with a positive working attitude.
. Experience in developing and maintaining internal processes and filing systems will be an advantage.
