Position Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Admin Executive to support both HR and Finance functions in our growing SME. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll support.
- Assist with month-end reporting, financial data reconciliation, and statutory filings (GST, IR8A, IR21).
- Support HR processes: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, leave administration, performance management, and staff engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR and finance records, prepare reports, and assist management with ad hoc tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR, Finance or related fields.
- 2-3 years experience in HR, Accounting, or Administration preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore HR and payroll practices, and basic accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willing to take on a variety of tasks in a lean SME environment.
- Only applicable for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents, due to work pass restrictions.
