Admin Executive

The Role

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist with customer queries and customer relations, acting as a contact point for customers, via phone, email and social
  
• Procurement of supplies and inventory
  
• General office management and implementation of administration process improvements
  
• Schedule deliveries and drivers, and help to prepare flowers/gifts for delivery
  
• Inventory management

• Liaise with maintenance contractors

The Person

• Cheerful, positive disposition and a team player

• Highly reliable with adherence to deadlines

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Independent and able to show initiative

• A desire to deliver an awesome experience to clients

• High work standards

• Good spoken and written English

• Mandarin speaking/writing an advantage (clients/suppliers may only speak Mandarin)

• Proficient in Excel/Word

Location/Hours

• Central work location, close to a number of bus stops and food outlets. Note, this is a workshop/studio environment, not a retail store

• Casual dress and fun upbeat environment

• Normal office hours (weekend availability an advantage)
