  • Manage the onboarding of RNF representatives, ensuring all regulatory and internal requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with the MAS Representative Notification Framework (RNF) through Fit & Proper assessments, ongoing monitoring, and continuous screening, including annual declarations.
  • Review, assess, and escalate Fit & Proper cases in accordance with MAS RNF requirements, including cases involving adverse findings and recommended supervision measures.
  • Manage administrative matters relating to representatives, including transfer administration and representative code management.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong familiarity with MAS guidelines, including the Representative Notification Framework (RNF), and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in Fit & Proper assessments and enhanced monitoring protocols is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Resourceful, with a strong team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
