Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will provide general administrative support such as proper filing and scanning of the documentations, assist the site team to collate and consolidate monthly service and maintenance reports and monthly reports and handle other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Diploma in Business/Administration Management with 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support
Experience in Facilities Management Industry is preferred.
Meticulous, organized and a team player
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Able to start within a short period will be advantageous
Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits
Working Location: North-east, Pulau Ubin (Required to take 7 minutes ferry from Punggol Point Jetty)
Working Hours: 5-day work week (Mon - Fri), 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
