Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Manage office supplies and inventory; handle procurement and vendor coordination
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Assist in maintaining and updating records, databases, and internal systems
  • Support basic accounting functions such as invoice processing, petty cash handling, and expense claims
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing simple financial reports
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed
  • Perform any other ad hoc administrative or accounts-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Polytechnic diploma or equivalent
  • Must have experience in general administrative duties
  • Must have basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping
