The Admin Executive cum Marketing is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations while assisting in the planning and execution of marketing activities to promote the company's products and services.
Administrative Duties:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical & digital)
Prepare reports, invoices, and basic accounting support
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal staff
Marketing Duties:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Manage and update company social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Respond to customer enquiries across digital platforms
Create basic marketing content (posts, captions, simple visuals)
Support promotions, events, and product launches
Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports
Coordinate with designers, printers, or external agencies if needed
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of social media marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organized, multitasking, and able to work independently
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Canva or basic design tools
Experienced with XERO accounting software
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends
Customer service experience
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Saturday 9am-1pm
Salary Range:
SGD 2000 - SGD 2400 depending on experience]
