Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the company. This includes coordinating corporate events, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing comprehensive executive assistance to the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups as required.
- Handle confidential documents and information with integrity and discretion.
2. Event Coordination
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external corporate events (e.g., staff engagements, seminars, client events).
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other service providers.
- Prepare event materials, invitations, and registration processes.
- Ensure events are executed on time and within budget.
3. Marketing Support
- Assist the sales & marketing team in executing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials.
- Help maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms, where required.
- Support the collection and analysis of marketing data and reports.
4. General Administration
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records as directed.
- Support Sales or other departments in administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in event planning and marketing is preferred.
- Working knowledge of marketing tools is a plus.
