Description:
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including supplies, equipment, procurement, and mail
- Provide facilities support, including bill processing, cost recovery, vendor coordination, and access control
- Support meetings and events by booking venues and arranging refreshments
- Liaise with contractors and property managers to resolve facility issues
- Communicate facility updates and ensure compliance with safety guidelines
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and develop clear SOPs and process documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in office administration, procurement support, and facilities coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and prepare clear documentation or procedures
