Job Description

  • Invoice billing to customer
  • Handling supplier invoices/sub-con payment issuance
  • Prepare minor works quotations, eg, rental and disposal work
  • Update and follow up payment
  • Monitor, control, update of day work and disposal works
  • Day works sorting and tabulation for claims submission by QS
  • Documentation control, filing, photocopying/ scanning
  • Provide support to any/all Departments as and when required
  • All other related or ad-hoc duties as and when required.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any filed
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, Power Point
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Benoi Crescent.
  • Transportation services provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang and Pioneer MRT station.
