Job Description

  • This position plays a crucial role in managing the admissions process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling both student and parent records, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
  • Maintains documentation, practices and procedures to ensure the school abides by all relevant legal and regulatory rules applicable to it (including CPE rules and regulations)
  • Ensure that all administrative, legal, data - input tasks related to admissions are thoroughly completed

Document, Student Contract and Record Management

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of admission documents for both students and adults.
  • Monitor the Admission records to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including Admission, Academic, Customer Engagement, Compliance, IT, and other relevant stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the Student and Parent Records

Reporting

  • Implement a quality assurance framework for admissions processes management.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and report findings, recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain data accuracy for regular reporting

Adherence to Policies and Regulations

  • Stay informed about changes in admissions policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing admissions processes.
  • Propose review of policies and procedures to align with the best practice and smooth workflow

Student Pass and MOE Applications:

  • Set up and manage processes for Student Pass and MOE Waiver applications. Monitor and ensure all Student Pass information is up-to-date. Liaise with families, follow up on necessary details, and ensure timely processing. Administer all communication and requirements for Student Pass and MOE Waiver

Regulatory Compliance Reporting:

  • Generate reports and provide documentation for audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Customer Relationships Management -System Administration

  • Support Report Creation
  • Serve as the key liaison and responsible for Change Requests
  • Responsible for efficient usage and training for stakeholders

Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement best practices in admissions and record management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experiences
