Admin Executive (3 months contract)

Description

• 3 months contract, Salary up to $4,500
• Location at Novena

Responsibilities

• Ensures research protocols submitted to the assigned domain are reviewed efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Oversees the proper conduct of review board processes, including preparing meeting agendas, ensuring quorum, documenting meeting minutes, and managing follow-up actions, including correspondence with investigators and sponsors.
• Ensures meeting minutes provide sufficient detail to document the review board's deliberations.
• Screens and reviews applications and correspondence received by the review boards, ensuring accurate and timely processing of submissions and board actions.
• Manages domain operations and coordinates meetings effectively.
• Acts as a resource for investigators and researchers, providing guidance on adapting and implementing DSRB policies, procedures, and forms.
• Communicates and documents all interactions with sponsors, investigators, review board members, and regulatory authorities effectively.
• Assists in preparing DSRB-related reports on ethics and other relevant topics.
• Maintains an accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date database of all applications.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years relevant experience with Degree, preferably in Science / Life Sciences / Nursing / Pharmacy / Health Sciences
• Understanding of research ethics policies and local regulations
