Support and facilitate daily administrative activities.
Liaising between various teams such as R&D, EHSQ, procurement, finance, customer service teams for smooth execution of job tasks (example maintenance of training master list)
Support in onboarding for new colleagues, help in the interface with HR and IT department.
Handle the goods receiving and dispatch process from the Research HUB, interface with courier companies and warehouse
Assist in raising purchase orders.
Complete other tasks assigned by the company or department leaders.
Requirements
Minimum GCE O level
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative with MNC exposure
Ariba and SAP is an advantage
