JOB PURPOSE
The role is primarily responsible for providing daily administrative support with given deadlines to the merchandising department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Data entry using NAV system
· Prepare standard memos and handle email updates.
· Work closely and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Maintain proper filing of documents.
· Other tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
· Proficient in MS office Words and Excel
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge in the use of NAV system will be of an advantage, otherwise training will be provided.
· Good time management skills to meet given deadlines
· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
· Able to handle confidential information.
· Singaporeans PR or Singaporean only
· SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,500
