Admin cum shipping officer (West / 5 days)

• Oversee and coordinate daily order processing across various sales platforms
• Serve as the main point of contact with clients for order-related inquiries
• Conduct picking and packing of small-scale orders
• Organize and schedule delivery timelines
• Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange shipments and prepare necessary documentation
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the manager
