Description:
- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and documents
- Plan and coordinate meetings, calls and company events
- Liaise with internal departments and external authorities for smooth communications
- Attend external and internal meetings
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow-up with action items
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
