Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in office operations, i.e., day-to-day administrative and operational duties, data entry of relevant information into database, etc.
- Assist in course administration such as preparation of quotation and invoices, class enrollment, sending course confirmation emails, etc.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the development of client relationships.
- Understand and interpret client business and technical requirements in order to translate product benefit across all types of clients and partners.
- Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads.
- Ensure that client follow-ups are in place and completed in a timely manner.
- Manage billings.
Requirements
- Undergraduate/Degree in any related discipline
- Technologically-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
- Vocal, optimistic and charismatic personality
Working Hours
- 10-15 hours per week
- At least 6 hours per shift within Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00
Salary
- $10 to $15 per hour (progressive with commitment period)
