Sales & Admin Executive
Job Summary
Join a dynamic team in a dual-role combining corporate sales and administrative support. You will drive B2B client engagement, manage sales cycles, and ensure efficient administrative operations to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective B2B clients to build and sustain strong corporate relationships
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure to achieve sales targets
- Perform daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, data entry, and correspondence to maintain operational efficiency
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and invoices to support sales transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and provide effective after-sales support
- Maintain detailed and accurate records and reports of sales activities and administrative processes for performance tracking
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through client interactions and team collaboration
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally
