Contract Period: From 2 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 with an option to extend from 4 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027
Personnel to be deployed at either of the following shifts:
. Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
. Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
. Photocopy documents such as class list, attendance registers and other records for staff use
. Assist staff in the preparation of stores and stationery for classroom use
. Attend to walk-in customers, attend to pupils and their needs
. Filing and handling calls & enquiries
. Assist in ad hoc duties based on the Admin Department's needs
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Have similiar working experience in admin and reception duties in the school environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in administration in school
. Strictly for Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only
