Hayashi is a growing flooring company specializing in high-quality engineered and composite wood flooring, serving both retail customers and corporate clients such as interior designers, architects, and contractors. With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, we are now looking to expand our team with a reliable and detail-oriented Admin cum PA to support the MD and keep daily operations running smoothly.
The Admin cum PA will work closely with the Managing Director, handling a variety of administrative, office coordination and business related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business environment.
Administrative & Office Management
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
Support admin-related functions leave tracking and record-keeping.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Business Support
Support the MD in critical business meetings.
Simple accounting duties like vendor and supplier payments.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar G-suite tools
Proficient in English and Chinese
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
An able do-er and listener
