The Admin & Marketing Intern will support the administrative and marketing functions of the company. This role provides hands-on exposure to office administration, digital marketing, and brand support activities, while developing practical skills in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
. Assist with data entry, filing, documentation, and record keeping
. Handle emails, phone calls, and general enquiries
. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
Marketing Support
. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
. Support content creation for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
. Help manage social media postings, engagement, and basic analytics
. Assist in designing simple marketing materials (posters, EDMs, brochures)
. Support coordination with outlets, vendors, and external partners
. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
General Support
. Assist in event planning, roadshows, or promotional activities
. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements & Qualifications
. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
. Strong organisational and time management skills
. Willingness to learn, proactive, and responsible
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to work independently and as part of a team
. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
