Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Handle day-to-day tenants management, operations and documentation.
Prepare booking forms and tenancy agreements.
Monitor the tenancy agreements and ensure that the tenants signed and returned the agreements
Coordinate with tenants, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
Manage tenants records, payment and ageing list
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents if needed.
Marketing Support
Support the planning and execution of viewings of accommodation
Prepare bookings forms and tenancy agreements
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and website updates.
Create basic marketing materials such as product posts, or brochures.
Requirements
Min Higher Nitec in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive tools to prepare documents and reports
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
