Responsibilities

  • Assist in workers payroll-related matters
  • Handle work pass administration (application, renewal, cancellation, issuance)
  • Manage HR processes from onboarding to offboarding (work permit workers)
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Administer training activities and maintain training records
  • Oversee general office administration (pantry, stationery, equipment)
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant HR / Admin experience
  • Familiar with work pass and payroll processes preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Independent, proactive, and able to multitask
