Job Description

Working Location : Boonlay

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6:15pm)

1. Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation, stationery management).
  • Manage office supplies, pantry items and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, arranging appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails, parcels, and documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, memos, and general correspondence.

2. Human Resource Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities: job posting, arranging interviews, contacting candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (orientation, preparing documents, exit clearance).
  • Manage attendance records, leave applications, and support payroll data preparation.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters (confirmation, warning letters, memos, etc.).
  • Support HR initiatives such as staff welfare activities, training arrangements, and company events.

3. Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure HR and admin documentation complies with company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining MOM-related records and supporting HR compliance requirements.
  • Help to update HR policies or administrative SOPs when needed.

4. Other Tasks

  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
  • Support management with ad-hoc duties when required.
  • Provide general assistance to HR and Admin teams.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum O-Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in admin or HR support roles (fresh graduates can also apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with positive working attitude.
