Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Duties include answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office visitors to designated meeting areas and building spreadsheets.
  • Manage and keep data or records and reports up to date.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events.
  • Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
  • Reconciling bank statements, monthly account closing procedures, generate financial reports, and etc.

Job Requirements:

  • At least diploma or related equivalent.
  • Prefer at least 1 to 2 years experience in administrative and basic account skills.
  • Verbal communication, time management, diary management.


  • Salary Range: S$2500 to S$3500
  • Working Day: 5.5 working days
  • Working Hour: 9am to 6pm/ 10am to 7pm
  • Work Location: Bukit Batok area
