- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assist in bookkeeping transactions for partial or full sets of clients accounts.
- Prepare management accounts and director statements for year-end filing.
- Assist in quarterly GST returns.
- Assist in tax computations and Form C/CS for company income tax.
- Assist with other filings, e.g., IR21, IR8A, GST registration.
- Assist with ACRA filings.
- Physically file and e-file documents.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).
- Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, self-initiative, proactivity, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients of different language backgrounds.
