Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Executive to support daily administrative, HR, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & HR Duties
- Handle general office administration and coordination
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare letters, reports, and administrative documents
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and related matters
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors, customers, and internal departments
- Ensure office supplies and operational needs are properly managed
Accounts Duties
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documents
- Handle rebate claims and rebate accounting for supermarket customers
- Monitor customer statements and ensure proper documentation of rebates and claims
- Coordinate with external accountant/auditor when required
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Accounting, or related field
- Relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Singapore work pass procedures
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or supermarket-related rebate processing is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
