Company Vehicles maintenance and repairs
Company Machineries, aircon and equipment maintenance and repairs
Government bodies license application and renewal
Filing of documents / order stationery
Accounting Duties
Accounts Receivables & Payables
Generating of Sales invoices and updating Supplier invoice into accounting system - SAP
Follow up payments/collections with Customers
Updating of Receipts & Payment Voucher into accounting system
Updating of Customers & Tally with Suppliers Statement
Liaising with Customers via email on deliveries
Handle Petty Cash
