Admin Cum Accountant

JOB SCOPE : -

. Preparation of tax invoices and follow up closely on payments

. Bank reconciliation, closing of accounts and financial statement reporting (P&L, Balance sheet and cash flow)

. Knowledge of full set of accounts submit Financial Statement ( balance sheet, P&L, Trial Balance, General Ledger) to external Auditor

. Preparation of Statement of Accounts to customers

. Preparation of quarterly GST for submission

. Preparation of salaries, Staff Claims and CPF for submission

. Preparation of IR8A form and AIS submission

. Update / Control of Cash Flow and do monthly Bank Reconciliation

. Responsible for company insurance matters, motor vehicle, workmen comp etc.

. Other ad-hoc duties
