Job Description:
Administrative Duties
- Handle general office administration and daily operations
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Monitor office supplies and vendor management
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks
Accounting/Finance Duties
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
- Handle AP/AR (full set account)
- Follow up on payments and outstanding balances
- Maintain accounting records and data entry
- Handle bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and transactions
- Coordinate with clients regarding accounts and payments
- Work with auditors, suppliers, and finance teams
- Ensure accurate filing of financial documents
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Accounts or related fields
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
