Working Hours: 5.5 days

Job Description:

Administrative Duties

  • Handle general office administration and daily operations
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Monitor office supplies and vendor management
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks

Accounting/Finance Duties

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
  • Handle AP/AR (full set account)
  • Follow up on payments and outstanding balances
  • Maintain accounting records and data entry
  • Handle bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • Reconcile bank statements and transactions
  • Coordinate with clients regarding accounts and payments
  • Work with auditors, suppliers, and finance teams
  • Ensure accurate filing of financial documents

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Accounts or related fields
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, SAP)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
