Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Account Executive to manage accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate financial processing and smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices and receipts accurately to maintain financial integrity
- Assist in month-end closing and prepare basic financial reports to support accounting accuracy
- Maintain organized and complete accounting records and documentation for audit readiness
- Oversee general office administration and daily operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document control to maintain organized office records
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies to support team productivity
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned to meet dynamic business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software to enhance task efficiency
- Knowledge of wildlife-related matters is an advantage

- Hybrid working environment. Mainly work from Home, required to go to the back office only once a week or when needed.
