Job Description

Responsibilities: -

  • Administrative, data entry and filling of documents
  • Preparation of reports
  • Process orders, issue invoice, follow-up payment, prepare payment voucher
  • Assist in GST submission
  • . Assist in other accounting records and documentation
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements: -

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE O / A Level / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Min 2 years experience in accounts & admin field
  • PC literate in MS Office
  • Candidate with SAP accounting software experience will be advantageous
  • Positive working attitude, proactive, team player, committed, meticulous, and responsible.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice
