Job Summary
You will perform general administrative duties, manage communications, maintain vendor records, support office operations, and assist the accounting team with bookkeeping and financial document processing.
Responsibilities
- Perform filing, data entry, and document management to maintain organized records
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure timely communication
- Maintain and update vendor lists and profiles for accurate supplier information
- Organize office operations and procedures to support efficient workflow
- Assist the accounting team by recording financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense documents accurately
- Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Apply basic accounting principles and bookkeeping to support financial tasks
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently to complete administrative and accounting duties
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members and external contacts
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks reliably
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting and finance
- Singaporean or PR are encouraged- to apply
