. Assist the Customer Service Department, reporting to the Team Manager.
. Self-driven and capable of working independently.
. Open to learning and taking on new responsibilities.
. Coordinate with customers, ship agents on order processing and delivery instructions.
. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers/suppliers.
. Manage order processing, proof of deliveries.
