Job Description

RVS operates full vending machine services in SG & MY. We are finding a new team member to join us and build a career together.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate end-to-end vending project setups and timelines
  • Work with sales and technicians on project requirements and issues
  • Maintain basic Excel reports and project documentation
  • Performs operation admin duties in a timely manner to support Country Manager back office requirements
  • Coordinate responses to customers to ensure high level of service is provided

Candidate Requirements

  • SPM, Diploma or equivalent (any field)
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Word, Canva and Excel
  • Willing to learn new applications
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Training will be provided
Office hours: 0900 - 1800
