JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate end-to-end vending project setups and timelines
- Work with sales and technicians on project requirements and issues
- Maintain basic Excel reports and project documentation
- Performs operation admin duties in a timely manner to support Country Manager back office requirements
- Coordinate responses to customers to ensure high level of service is provided
Candidate Requirements
- SPM, Diploma or equivalent (any field)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Proficient in Word, Canva and Excel
- Willing to learn new applications
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Training will be provided
Office hours: 0900 - 1800
