POSITION SUMMARY
- Reporting to the Operation Manager, you will be required to work closely with colleague from the Finance & Accounting Department and Marketing & Leasing Department.
REPRESENTATIVE MAJOR DUTIES
- Property Management Coordination:
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections in collaboration with property managers and vendors.
- Assist in tenant communication, addressing inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters.
- Support the leasing process by preparing lease agreements, conducting background checks, and facilitating move ins and move-outs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with property-related regulations, codes, and standards.
- Handle incoming inquiries and communication from clients, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and contracts related to real estate transactions.
- Assist in maintaining databases, records, and filing systems for properties and clients.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, tenants, and external partners to facilitate seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of real estate projects.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on administrative and operational activities.
Requirement:
- Higher Nitec and above.
- Relevant working experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
