JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record-keeping, data entry, and managing schedules, as well as supporting staff with documentation and communications related to the maintenance of fire protection systems within a camp.
- Maintaining maintenance records, scheduling appointments and staff, preparing reports and project documentation, managing databases, and handling correspondence for the maintenance team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, memos, reports and provide general information to camp staff, the public, or visitors as needed.
- Facilitate communication between the maintenance department, camp management, and fire prevention staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage
