Acez Instruments Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Clerk to support both finance and administrative functions. This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, meticulous, and keen to gain hands-on experience in office operations. Fresh graduates and candidates with secondary education or above are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Record Keeping
- Perform daily data entry and updates in the accounting system
- Update and maintain spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)
- Scan, file, and maintain proper documentation
Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections
- Issue invoices, process receipts, and monitor incoming payments
- Follow up on outstanding balances and track AR aging
Accounts Payable (AP) & Expenses
- Process supplier invoices and assist in preparing payments
- Assist with expense claims processing
Administrative Support
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidates with secondary education or above are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems will be an advantage
- Meticulous, organised, and able to handle data accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders
