Job Summary

You will support daily administrative operations by preparing invoices and delivery orders accurately, responding to customer inquiries promptly, and maintaining organized filing systems to ensure smooth office workflow. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders accurately to support billing and delivery processes
  • Respond to customer inquiries clearly and promptly to provide effective assistance and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and support administrative efficiency
  • Perform general administrative duties to support office operations and team collaboration
