Responsibilities
- Assist in general administrative/clerical support (typing, scanning, printing, filing, mailing, courier etc)
- Renew and follow up on insurance policies, infrastructure permit and certification
- Liaise with vendors on the renewal, purchase, maintenance and other enquiries of equipment, machinery, devices and assets
- Assist in staff attendance and OT calculations.
- Record & maintaining of staff leave record, staff particulars
- Assist on recruitment process such as application form preparation and related matters
- Assist in company's function, employee welfare, events and any ISO support
- Assist in HR and ISO guidelines, policy and documentation
- Prepare and liaise any necessary for new incoming employees for orientation, PC access etc
- Arrange and follow up on employees training & courses
- Manage monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and tax clearances (IR8A, IR21).
- Handle foreign workforce administration (Work Permits, S Pass applications, and renewals).
- Arrange, update and schedule annual check-up for employment matter
- Provide essential administrative support, basic data entry, and handle daily corporate correspondence.
- Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Management and HR Department
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of admin experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Email communication, and documentation systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
