Job Description

Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff

. Scheduling meetings and appointments

. Taking notes and minutes in meetings

. Ordering and taking stock of office supplies

. Preparing documents for invoice

. Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries

. Writing and issuing emails to teams ,departments and clients on behalf of teams or senior staff

. Drafting Quotation on behalf operation manager

. Supports managers and clients through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication

. Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

. Able to start work immediately.
