Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily customer service and operational coordination activities professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage and resolve issues with suppliers, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong communication and working relationships with stakeholders across different levels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in internal systems and documentation.
  • Support operational processes and administrative functions with high attention to detail.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending matters proactively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend to escalations and resolve problems effectively under pressure.
  • Ensure punctuality, discipline, and consistent work performance.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, coordination, operations, or stakeholder management roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience using SAP system will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to speak and communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/suppliers.
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Diligent, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
